MaSkA was brought on board for this project to obtain planning permission to renovate the existing roof and window appearance of a residential property in London located within a conservation area.

In order to meet the Local Authorities requirements, it was essential that the proposed materials and colour palette reflected the ones used on the existing property and were in keeping with the character and context of the area.

 

We gained planning consent in 2021 and the renovations were completed in 2022.
