First approached in 2020 to review potential designs of internal reconfigurations and extension additions to create a more comfortable and spacious property that meets the needs of the growing family.

The client wanted to create a 'wow' factor when you first enter the property, which we achieved through increasing the entrance hall and rotating the staircase 180 degrees to create a grand entrance with uninterrupted views through to the garden creating and inside/outside relationship.

We then sought to extend the kitchen space to incorporate an informal seating/family area that the family can use everyday alongside a side extension linking the existing garage to the main house relocating within it a W.C and Utility Room allowing for additional storage.
