MaSk Architects was brought on board for this project in 2021 were the client had just purchased a new dwelling and wanted to add a downstairs W.C.

The final design sought to relocated and convert the existing utility space into a new W.C. and also provide a tucked-away space for appliances in the kitchen located adjacent to the existing utility space to improve the kitchens layout and arrangement.

The project received Building Control sign-off and was completed in October 2021.
