Meet the Team

Founder and Architecture Director

Maria Skoutari
BA(Hons) MArch PGDip RIBA ARB

Maria Skoutari is the Founder and Architecture Director of MaSk. Maria is an RIBA chartered architect that studied for her Bachelor Degree at the University of Kent, and moved to Birmingham City University for her Masters Degree and obtained her full qualification as an architect with the RIBA North West in 2016. With over 8 years of experience, she has a broad range of skills having worked at both large and smaller practices offering her a great skill set for understanding a project of any scale both macro and micro. Maria specialises in high-end residential design in developer and private residential and master planning.

Maria's passion and dedication to architecture extends beyond the studio and is also an RIBA Future Architects Mentor at Oxford Brookes University as well as a mentor to Part III students. In addition to mentoring Maria also hosts the podcast 'Part3 With Me' to help inspire and support emerging architects and final year students through their educational journey into their final qualifications and beyond. Co-Founder and Managing Director

Mike Pytharidis
MBA CMgr FCMI MCIPD MSc

Mike Pytharidis is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of MaSk. Mike studied for his MBA at Aston University in 2022 and has further education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and Marketing. With over 10 years of experience working across large and small organisations in business and client services roles including client service, customer experience, people and operations management.

Mike is passionate about excellence and quality in everything we do, focusing on the customer journey through customer-centric processes, communication and customer experience. Mike is acting as a mentor to both young and senior professionals who seek support and direction in their careers.
